Top 14% of taxpayers pay 60% of all tax

Despite all the recent furor over highly paid people allegedly to avoid tax, figures released from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) show that top 14 per cent of taxpayers pay 60 per cent of all tax in the UK.
